Return/Refund/Cancellation Policy

If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return new and unused items in the original box (with all accessories & parts included) within 30 days for an exchange or refund to the credit card account charged, minus any shipping fees incurred, plus a 10% processing fee. In order to receive a refund, all products must include all manufacturer tags and identification stickers. Returns must be insured, and postage must be paid upfront. NOTE: Real World Giant Miscanthus cannot be refunded if it has been shipped to your location

If you are cancelling a preorder there will be a 20% processing fee as pre-orders have been placed with our distributors at the time of purchase. 

Print your name and address on the outside of the box and include a copy of our Return Authorization Form filled out properly. Please call or email for a Return Authorization Code prior to returning your item(s). Without contacting us or including a return form in the package, we cannot ensure a full refund.
Shipping and Handling is non-refundable. 

Plant & Pursue reserves the right to refuse the return of any item in which the purchaser has continually made returns, or if the product to be returned has been used.
